About Our Client

Our client is a is a leading global private equity fund specializing in healthcare, technology, services, industrial technology, and consumer goods.

Job Description

As an Associate in the team, your responsibilities will revolve around but not be limited to -

  • Evaluation of new deals or potential investments
  • Due diligence and deal execution
  • Evaluating start-ups and doing sectoral research
  • Portfolio monitoring and management

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA / Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant deal experience in M&A/Investment Banking or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.
