Client is one of the leading performing private credit managers. Some of the key investors include leading global pension funds, development financial institutions, banks, fund of funds and large family offices. Significant exits across multiple investments and have built an investment platform with a world-class team, institutionalised processes, transparency, and attention to quality.

Job Description

Fundraising and Syndication Support:

· Assist in development of marketing materials and presentations for fund raising, investor outreach and deal syndication.

· Work with the team to package and position new funds basis feedback received from LP's and consultants as well as an assessment of competitors.

· Help with logistics and briefing materials for investor meetings and roadshows.

· Assist in responses for investor queries and data requirements.

· Manage the Salesforce database and ensure all client interactions and feedback have been updated in the database.

· Develop a good understanding of credit markets in general and specifically about the underlying credit.

Due Diligence Support:

· Support the investor due diligence process by collecting data from multiple teams, organising and disseminating information requested by investors.

· Assist with creation and maintenance of market commentaries, due diligence questionnaires, fund models, fund documents and other materials, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

· Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce regular and ad-hoc reports for investors.

· Assist with the investor on-boarding process.

Investor Communication and Reporting:

· Coordinate and assist in the preparation of investor updates, newsletters, MIS and queries.

· Coordinate and assist in preparation of materials prior to investor meetings including presentations, reports and responses to investor queries.

· Assist in ensuring all communication and activities are in compliance with relevant regulations and fund documentation.

Communication and Branding:

· Work with the team on managing firm's content and communication across all its social media platforms i.e. Website, Linkedin, etc.

· Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce thought leadership articles / materials.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of experience investor relations experience in AIFs or related roles in the finance industry.
  • Experience of working on international fund raising is an advantage.
  • A master's degree in finance or a chartered accountant with strong financial acumen and understanding of AIFs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
