Job Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial workflows.
  • Provide insights into financial performance through data analysis.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Finance should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • CA + MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
