The client has office in Mumbai City and few other regional places in India and has good international presence as well. The company offers services like governance through robotics, Information Risk Management, Tax Advisory, Business Risk Management. The company caters to majority of the industries present like Banking and Financial services, Telecommunication, BPO, Real Estate, IT/ITES, Transportation & Logistics, etc. Specifically, the revenue for Information Risk vertical stands between 15cr-20cr annually and have plans to double the numbers in coming years.
Job Description
The responsibility of Associate Director- Information Risk would comprise of:
- Develop and implement information risk management strategies and policies for their Telecom client, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide expert guidance on cyber security and data privacy for Telecom industry, including incident response planning, threat intelligence, and penetration testing
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in information risk management specific to the Telecom industry and provide training and guidance to team members and clients
- Work closely with the client's internal team and provide leadership and direction to the team
- Manage and mentor team members and ensure successful delivery of projects
- Facilitation of external and regulatory audits
- Managing a team of 50+ resources
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for an Associate Director- Information Risk position should have:
- Telecom Industry is a must have
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in information risk management
- Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Must have CISA, CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications
- Should have the ability to indulge in Business Development activities by doing cross selling, up selling and bring-in new business for the organisation
- Must have experience in the telecom industry or experience in catering to telecom clients and should possess good domain knowledge.
