Job Description

  • Developing the HR Strategies for the US region aligning with the organisation's mission, vision and strategic objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management aligning with the Federal Employment & State Employment Laws of US.
  • Compensation and Benefits with designing and administering with the Statutory Compliance's especially for the US regions.
  • HR Tech and Systems involving overseeing the implementation and utilisation of HR technology solutions, including KEBS automation, and other HR systems contributing to organisation's objective of becoming a holistic AI-first DX company.
  • Stakeholder management with collaborating with the internal stakeholders in the US region with Operations management.

The Successful Applicant

  • MBA / PGDM
  • Minimum experience of 12 years in managing HR Functions of the US.
  • Knowledge on the US region's Labor Laws and Regulations, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relation, Learning and Development, Organisation Development, HR Analytics and Metrics, HRIS, Budgeting and Financials, Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR Technology solutions.
