About Our Client

  • Our client is listed company based out of Bangalore and is looking for a candidate with prior experience in listed companies where they have handled Financial Reporting and Treasury.

Job Description

  • Own the Financial Reporting for the entire group
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with applicable standards of an Indian listed company
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to address reporting requirements.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls related to financial reporting.
  • Manage and streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director - Financial Reporting should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting such as CA
  • Prior experience of Financial Reporting in India listed organizations only
  • Team handling exposure in a listed organization
