Job Description

  • Building relationship with client stakeholders
  • Follow project governance plan

  • Project deliveries with various project excellence parameters
  • Working in different engagement models.
  • Project estimation, scoping creating delivery plan, Costing, budgeting, forecasting for the business.
  • Should be good stakeholder management, Building relationship with client stakeholders
  • Keep team engaged and control attrition, Plan and execute team's growth and learning, handling people grievances ,working with Talent Acquisition for talent hiring.
  • Understand and track project's financial goals
  • Work with multiple clients and projects if needed and work with Indian and International client.
  • Engaging with Senior Management for Strategy Planning & Business Reviews.
  • Working with the pre-sales and sales teams in ensuring that new Request for Proposals (RFPs) were properly planned for execution.
  • Implementing project plans within pre-set budgets and deadlines.
  • Extending production support of multiple applications.

The Successful Applicant

Mandatory Skills:Hands on development experience with C++/DotNet/Java or any other programming language.
Should've been involved in project estimation, scoping creating delivery plan, Costing, budgeting, forecasting for the business.

Expereince in Staff Augmentation.
Should've had rich experience working in Services organization.
Building relationship with client stakeholders.
Experience in handling a team, development, learning, mentoring, handling people grievances etc.

Good to have:
Experience in working with Indian and International client.
Experience in handling a large sized team .
Participation in Internal/External (CMMi, ISO) Audits.
Vendor Management.
Working with the pre-sales and sales teams in ensuring that new Request for Proposals (RFPs) were properly planned for execution.
MSA & SOW Preparations, Contract Negotiations.
Extending production support of multiple applications

Interview process:1. L1 by an AD/director

2. Delivery head/COO

3. HR round/Personality test

4. Final round with HR head or CEO ( can be bifurcated into 2 rounds if CEO not available for the 4th round).
