Job Description

  • Manage and optimize the performance of assigned property portfolios.
  • Support the development and implementation of asset management strategies.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports on asset performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Leading value creation projects across various portfolio companies
  • Managing key relationships with portfolio companies
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights for investment decisions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address queries.
  • Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate - Asset Management should have:

  • A degree in finance, real estate, or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of property and asset management within the real estate sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ready to work in USA timings
