Job Description

  • Manage and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Prepare management Information System (MIS) reports for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulatory and legal financial requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including tax planning, filing, and reporting
  • Liaise with consultants, statutory auditors, and internal auditors, ensuring timely submission of financial data and adherence to all statutory regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting and finance team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Charted Accountant (CA).
  • Proven experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.
  • 10-15 years of experience in corporate finance/accounts.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, tax laws, auditing procedures, and project accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
