Job Description

  • Drive sales growth and market expansion across the assigned territory (Tamil Nadu)
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with overall business objectives
  • Build, manage, and grow distributor and channel partner relationships
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the field sales team
  • Track sales performance against targets and ensure achievement of KPIs
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective counter-strategies
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support product launches, promotions, and visibility initiatives
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including veterinarians, breeders, and key retailers
  • Ensure effective forecasting, reporting, and control of regional sales expenses

The Successful Applicant

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 7-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in Pet Food, FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare
  • Strong exposure to General Trade (distributor-led sales models) and regional market management
  • High commercial acumen with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geography
