The client is one of the largest consulting organisations and work with players across industries on consulting projects. They work on multiple strategy projects and have an exposure to multiple industries at a pan-India level.

Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen client relationships and support revenue growth, helping open new opportunities and markets.
  • Lead the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and tracking progress through governance routines.
  • Oversee pitch management and pursuit support, including coordinating proposal development across accounts, sectors, and solutions.
  • Deliver data‑driven sales insights by analyzing CRM, account performance, sector metrics, and KPIs to guide leadership decision‑making.
  • Champion client development initiatives, building pathways into new clients or sectors through targeted outreach and strategic engagement.
  • Conceptualize and execute high‑visibility events, thought leadership, and sponsorship activities in collaboration with sector teams to elevate market presence.
  • Strengthen brand visibility by managing internal and external communications, including newsletters, leadership updates, media responses, and social content

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP-Sales Enablement professional should have:

  • Atleast 17 years of experience in a sales enablement role preferably with internal teams or with external stakeholders
  • Proven experience in working with senior internal stakeholders on strategy and growth projects
  • Experience of managing teams in a sales enablement role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results and continuous improvement.
