Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify attractive sub-sector opportunities and develop investment theses that align with the firm's strategy.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial data to support decision-making for potential investments.
  • Develop actionable strategies to enhance value creation across portfolio companies, focusing on operational and strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution, including due diligence, financial modeling, and preparation of investment materials.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with portfolio company leadership, providing support on critical strategic initiatives and growth plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Analyst should have:

  • Bachelor's degree completed in 2023 or 2024, with a strong academic track record.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in management consulting, private equity or similar analytical roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high motivation and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytical tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx) is a plus, though not mandatory.
