Job Description

  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support project funding requirements.
  • Conduct IRR analysis, credit evaluation, and scenario analysis for new and ongoing projects.
  • Manage complete fundraising lifecycle: from identifying debt requirements to documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursal compliance.
  • Liaise with lenders, banks, financial institutions, and credit rating agencies to facilitate smooth financing transactions.
  • Resolve lender queries, manage reporting requirements, and ensure covenant compliance.
  • Drive credit rating improvement efforts through regular analysis and strategic engagement.
  • Support senior management in making investment and financing decisions with data-backed insights.



The Successful Applicant

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in financial modelling is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong command over Excel-based financial modelling and IRR analysis.
  • Exposure to debt fundraising, credit rating, and banking documentation is preferred. Training can be provided by the company.
  • Comfortable handling lender/investor interactions and resolving queries.

  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
