About Our Client

Our client is an investment manager and property manager providing industrial logistics and digital infrastructure solutions to its clients.

Job Description

  • Support team in sourcing new investment opportunities - conducting industry research, building thesis
  • Deal sourcing for multiple mandates
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and bench-marking of performance vs. budget and peers
  • Perform various financial analysis and interpretation of financial data/models
  • Track and manage the deal pipeline
  • Providing portfolio management support

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience Required: Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Real Estate Investing/Domestic IB/Mid Office IB.
  • Education Qualification: Undergrad / Post grad from Tier I Institute
  • Sector Outlook: Real Estate Preferred
  • Location: Mumbai
