Job Description

  • Assist in portfolio reporting and asset management plans, including marketing strategies to optimise income and realise the highest value of the assets.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintaining of financial variance analysis reports, prepare and monitor budgets and assist with financial modelling at the asset and portfolio levels in order to facilitate strategic planning.
  • Manage and oversee the asset management and investment strategies with regards to the India logistics portfolio.
  • Conduct research regarding the real estate industry, REITs, and present your analysis regarding the portfolio growth on both micro and macro level as well as future strategies to inform future investment decisions.
  • Conduct research work related to the real estate industry, REITs, and macroeconomic trends, etc.
  • Implement risk management strategies to protect assets and investments.
  • Manage global market intelligence to enhance the company's competitiveness.
  • Report on investment performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans.

The Successful Applicant

  • CA/MBA or a Degree in Real Estate, Building/Finance or equivalent is a must.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate asset management, leasing and lease management, preferably in logistics sector.
  • Experience in handling a real estate portfolio (commercial, residential) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment for real estate investment trusts.
  • Ability to strategies and implement investment plans.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiatives and take ownership of the role.
