Job Description

  • Assess current digital maturity, analyze needs, and design comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps that link technology initiatives to business objectives.
  • Assess business needs and recommend suitable Generative AI and low-code solutions.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, track performance, and make data-driven adjustments to strategies to improve return on investment.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored digital solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on low-code platforms and AI capabilities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for digital innovation initiatives and oversee the adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in automation and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Streamline operations, improve customer journeys, and enhance efficiency through digital solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Consultant should have:

7-10 years of total IT experience, including 1-2 years or more of experience in AI consulting.

* Proven consulting and advisory experience in assessing business needs and recommending Generative AI and low-code solutions.

* Experience in assessing digital maturity, analyzing business requirements, and designing end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

Ability to use data to identify opportunities, monitor outcomes, and make data-driven strategy adjustments for improved ROI.

* Strong stakeholder engagement experience, collaborating with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

* Experience conducting workshops and training sessions on low-code platforms and AI capabilities.

* Ability to act as a trusted advisor for digital innovation initiatives and support adoption of new tools.

* Strong interest in innovation and thought leadership, with the ability to stay current on emerging technologies and trends in automation and AI.

* Capability to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Experience in streamlining operations, improving customer journeys, and boosting efficiency through digital initiatives.
