The candidate is required to independently manage the sales & marketing department in proficient manner for one of the largest refractory business. This would be a team management role along side business administration for the entire Domestic Market.The role would be based out of Katni/Jabalpur/Nagpur
  • Opportunity to lead sectoral business for one of the largest Refractory in India
  • Independently manage sales & marketing strategies alongside the Promoter

Job Description

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Develop and implement new sales processes and tools
  • Set sales targets, quotas, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


The Successful Applicant

1. B.Tech./Diploma in Ceramic technology/ Mechanical/Metallurgy/Civil

2. 15+ years of experience in Refractory Business across (Cement, Steel, Petro-Chem etc)

3. 10+ years of team management experience
