We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead operations for large-scale industrial infrastructure projects, overseeing project execution-civil and MEP, quality, project cost & control, billing and safety. This is a strategic, team-leadership role with full ownership of all on-site functions.

Job Description

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of industrial infrastructure projects-from planning and execution to handover.
  • Manage civil works, utilities, electrical & MEP systems, ensuring alignment with quality, safety, and budget norms.
  • Lead site operations, supervise cross-functional teams, and coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Drive project timelines, resource planning, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.
  • Review and approve project billings, cost sheets, and progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance requirements, and QA/QC standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
  • Liaise with top management to report progress and align execution with business goals.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have 17+ years of experience in project execution and operations, primarily handling industrial factory infrastructure projects. Candidates with a background in EPC contracting firms and proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams will be preferred. Strong technical knowledge in civil, MEP, costing, utilities, and safety, along with exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
