About Our Client
The client is a leading Life Insurance company backed by a large coglomerate which is 40 years old
- Formulate new models of business & manage overall sales strategy, Monthly business plans & day to day execution.
- Identify Sales Automation/Adoption of sales tools for improving In-bound & Out-Bound Sales at ease.
- Development of sales tools.
- Implementation of Digitalization projects
- SPOC for Service to sales initiatives for PAN India.
- Identify & develop pool of high performing Sales Officers/ Agents.
- Designing & Managing effective sales contests/reward programs for scaling up the business.
- Identify best practices & Initiatives from the industry for developing & nurturing in improvement performance of Sales officers/Agents
- Implement Performance Management framework for Sales Force.
- Identity training needs partnering with L & D Team also ensure effective E - Learning process.
- Identify & developing strategies for improving sales.
- Effective secondary Compensation management for SO/Agent.
- Maintaining day to day Business MIS
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should have worked in BFSI sector preferably in Insurance in a similar profile for a minimum of 6 years. Any candidate who has worked on sales based tools & managed app based sales would be preferred. Apart from that following competenties are required-
- Should have good knowledge in technology updates on sales tools.
- Ability to Conceptualize/think ahead.
- Preferably Insurance Domain
- Strong analytical skills.
- Should have worked in sales startegy administration
