This company values its employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that propels everyone towards success.Real Estate and Property | Navi Mumbai | AGM - Record to ReportJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesRTR Operations & ComplianceLead the Centre of Excellence (COE) team in preparing standalone financial statements, ledger scrutiny, regulatory reporting, tax reporting, and other general ledger (GL) reporting.Review and finalize standalone financial statements along with notes to accounts for listed entities.Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Indian GAAP, RCM, and IFC.Track and manage period-end close activities performed by the COE, ensuring adherence to closing calendars and deadlines.Provide support for internal and external audits, including cost audits, tax audits, and financial assessments.Process & Performance ManagementAct as the primary liaison between the Business Unit (BU) retained teams at Head Office and SSC.Drive operational efficiency by identifying opportunities for process automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, maintaining a strong control environment.Develop and report operational metrics, monitor SLAs, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve service delivery.Team Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise and mentor a team of RTR professionals, providing guidance on accounting best practices and compliance requirements.Monitor team performance, set objectives, and conduct regular performance evaluations.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to drive process excellence and innovation.Key Skills & CompetenciesRTR Process Expertise: Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial close, and reporting processes.Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, BPC, SAP FCC, and other finance tools.Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and drive insights.Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Strong team management skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across business functions.Process Improvement & Automation: Experience in driving efficiencies and implementing technology solutions in finance operationsThe Successful ApplicantQualifications & ExperienceEducation: Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.Experience:12+ years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) processes under Indian accounting standards.Experience working in a Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment.Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and audit coordination.Real Estate and Property | Navi Mumbai | AGM - Record to ReportWhat's on OfferAn attractive salary package commensurate with experience and skills.A generous holiday leave policy.Opportunity to work in a collaborative and inclusive company culture.Chance to lead and make a difference in a large organization.Location: AiroliQuote job refJN-032025-6692328Job summaryFunctionFinance & AccountingSub SectorFinancial AccountingWhat is your area of specialisation?Property & ConstructionLocationNavi MumbaiJob TypePermanentJob ReferenceJN-032025-6692328
