Financial Reporting:Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Present financial results, variances, and trends to senior management for strategic decision-making.Annual finance and budget control for financial year target3. Budget Management:Identify organization goals and vision and incorporate them in FY budgetingCollaborate with department heads to develop project budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.4. Accounts Receivable and Payable:Supervise and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.5. Audit and Compliance:Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.Ensure on time statutory compliance submission and payments.Handle audits and ensure zero non conformances6. Taxation:Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.Ensure tax compliances met timely without Interest/Penalty by taxation authorities.Complete tax related returns are filed without penalty levied.7. Banking:Ensure professional relation with banks.Classification: ConfidentialEnsure banking hassle-free and minimum charges for different services availedfrom bank.Timely BG Preparation.8.
