AGM - Finance & Accounts

Responsibilities:1. Finance Management:

• Ensure budget controlling by fiscal control.
• Ensure smooth cash flow & Billing.

2. Financial Reporting:

• Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Present financial results, variances, and trends to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Annual finance and budget control for financial year target

3. Budget Management:

• Identify organization goals and vision and incorporate them in FY budgeting
• Collaborate with department heads to develop project budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Analyze budget variances and implement corrective actions as needed.

4. Accounts Receivable and Payable:

• Supervise and streamline accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Implement effective cash management strategies to optimize working capital.

5. Audit and Compliance:

• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure on time statutory compliance submission and payments.
• Handle audits and ensure zero non conformances

6. Taxation:

• Oversee tax planning strategies and ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
• Collaborate with external tax advisors to optimize the company's tax position.
• Ensure tax compliances met timely without Interest/Penalty by taxation authorities.
• Complete tax related returns are filed without penalty levied.

7. Banking:

• Ensure professional relation with banks.
• Classification: Confidential
• Ensure banking hassle-free and minimum charges for different services availed
• from bank.
• Timely BG Preparation.

8. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance and accounts team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
