Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of AEM and SFMC solutions to support digital marketing strategies.

  • Optimise system performance and ensure the stability and scalability of AEM and SFMC implementations.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies in the digital marketing space.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in facilities management technology solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse system usage to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AEM/SFMC - AD should have:

  • Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technology-driven digital marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in integrating and managing large-scale enterprise systems.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of the business services industry, particularly in facilities management.
