Alongside its advisory services, it now operates an investment fund that invests in both listed and unlisted companies. It leverages it's global footprint to support cross-border transactions and strategic growth initiatives.

Job Description



  • Managing and monitoring the portfolio of investments in listed companies to optimize returns and mitigate risks.


  • Supporting unlisted portfolio companies through the process of preparing and executing their IPOs, including coordination with stakeholders and regulatory compliance.


  • Identifying and executing investment opportunities in listed equities to enhance the fund's overall performance.



The Successful Applicant

ECM Investment banker with 8-15 years of front end experience keen to move to the buy-side within the public equity space
