About Our Client

The client is a captive/KPO organisation of one of the biggest consultancy players globally. This organisation specialises in assisting its member firms across a broad spectrum - from industries such as financial services to telecom to consumer markets among many others. The role is in the project management domain and involves closely working with the COOs across different business units of the organisation.

Job Description

  • The main responsibility is to work closely with the COOs of different business units and assist them closely in managing projects efficiently.
  • Work closely with the senior leadership in managing important projects end to end.
  • The role will not restrict itself to the business operations part alone, instead it will also have a more strategic bent to it.
  • The candidate will be responsible for working with the C-suite in developing different business solutions which can be both operational or technical in nature.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in different aspects of the business which will help him/her in finding ways to make these projects
  • Be well versed with different processes of the business involving, but not limited to, KPI reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tracking the variance if any, change management etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • The candidate should have atleast 11+ years of experience of working in a consulting organisation.
  • S/he should have an in-depth experience in the field of business operations and be well versed with different aspects of the business which involves budgeting, forecasting, tracking of KPIs and working with different business units
  • S/he should have an experience of working with senior stakeholders. This role will entail working closely with the C-suite stakeholders and therefore, the candidate should have prior experience of the same.
  • The candidate should have an excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • The candidate should have had an exposure to working with teams across the different functions of the business.
  • S/he should have had a good experience of managing teams as well. Excellent communication skills are a must too.
