Job Description

  • Responsible for working independently on a client for North America, as well as clients in other regions.
  • In addition to working independently and in teams on internal initiatives, this role also participates in client engagements, relationship management and solutioning.
  • Works collaboratively with the A&A Account Executive on client engagements and drive usage of A&A services
  • Peer reviews work done by other A&A team members
  • Brings technical and subject matter expertise to all Capital Modeling related discussions

The Successful Applicant

  • Near Associate of any Actuarial Society/Organization (Associate/Fellow preferred)
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • 4 years+ of general insurance industry experience with extensive knowledge of capital modeling
  • Knowledge of the ReMetrica capital modelling platform (Preferred)
  • Experience of performing capital modelling specifically in the Lloyd's market/UK
  • Solvency II & Regulatory Reporting experience (preferred)
  • Created and presented management reports
  • Collaboration with various functions- Reserving, Underwriting, Finance, Risk, Claims and IT
  • Understands the interactions between pricing and reserving as well as difference in assumptions
  • Effective verbal and writing communication skills
