Job Description

Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills; able to engage with senior stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex ideas clearlyStrategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accountsStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesData-driven mindset: ability to leverage basic tools to perform data analysisHigh emotional intelligence and ability to handle challenging client situations with diplomacyOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneouslyUnderstanding of the industry, market trends, and client business modelsIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accountsDevelop account plans and growth strategies to achieve revenue targetsCollaborate with sales teams to close expansion dealsTrack key account metrics such as adoption, usage, engagement, and satisfaction.Prepare regular reports and conduct review meetings with clients to demonstrate valueUse data and feedback to suggest improvements in service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience in account management, client success, or business developmentProven track record of managing key client accounts and meeting/exceeding revenue or retention goals
