Job Description



  • Manage the entire sales cycle from customer identification to prospecting and closing deals


  • Present programmatic advertising solutions to key decision-makers at mobile app companies, consumer brands, and media agencies


  • Secure new business contracts and ensure successful client onboarding


  • Leverage marketing resources such as content, events, and account-based marketing to close deals and boost brand awareness


  • Attend industry events and conferences; work independently with a self-starter mindset, balancing short-term goals and long-term growth for aggressive regional expansion


  • Stay updated on the latest mobile advertising industry trends


  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets by deeply understanding the company's solution suite



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of sales experience in programmatic advertising, with a strong preference for experience in mobile DSPs, User Acquisition, and Retargeting.
  • Deep understanding of mobile marketing strategies and technologies, including user acquisition, retargeting, DSPs, ad networks, exchanges, SSPs, SKAN, and attribution.
  • Established network of relationships with app marketers or media agencies across India.
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach-well-researched, genuinely curious about customers' business challenges, and skilled at bridging the gap between client needs and Aarki's solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, this is more than just an AE role; it's an opportunity to 10X the business. We're looking for someone excited by that challenge.
  • Team-oriented, working effectively across internal teams including Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
