Job Description

  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Understand customer business needs to position automation solutions effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.



The Successful Applicant

  • 12-16 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Proven success in selling to large enterprise clients, particularly Manufacturing clients
  • Strong skills in account and territory planning, and multi-product strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience in application sales (e.g., ERP/CRM) is a plus.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-moving environment.
