  • This is a senior IC role with a heavy focus on farming
  • This is a 5 day WFO role

Job Description



  • Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow the key relationships.


  • Understand customer's business to be able to explore automation opportunities


  • Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.


  • Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationship


  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market


  • Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Achieve quarterly quotas.

The Successful Applicant



  • 12-16 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry


  • Previous experience of selling to enterprise customers in IT/ITES segment


  • Experience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etc


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills


  • Good collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skills


  • Experience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.


  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.


  • Energetic and highly motivated personality
