Job Description

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives across supply chain planning (demand, supply, production)
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into tech-enabled solutions
  • Lead implementation and adoption of planning platforms such as IBP and other tools
  • Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure delivery, timelines, and quality
  • Own end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to execution and adoption
  • Establish governance frameworks, track milestones, and manage risks
  • Drive data-led decision making, including forecasting improvement and analytics usage
  • Collaborate across functions to standardize planning processes and improve efficiency
  • Identify new transformation opportunities aligned with business priorities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr Manager Data Operations should have:

  • Strong experience in supply chain planning (demand, supply, MRP, IBP)
  • Exposure to planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, planning accuracy, and integration across planning functions
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work closely with business and leadership teams
  • Experience in driving implementation and adoption of digital initiatives
  • Project management and governance experience across multiple initiatives
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI / QlikView and strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage vendors and external partners
  • Functional orientation with business-first thinking rather than purely IT execution focus
