Job Description
The Shared Services Regulatory Manager will deputise the current Regulatory Manager who leads a team of 22 regulatory professionals across the region. You will manage regulatory governance, the raw material regulatory function, and have functional responsibility for finished product regulatory managers that reside within R&D. You will set regulatory policies and procedures to ensure all company products conform to the legislation and regulations applicable within the region. This is a hands-on role and you will be required to complete documentation personally whilst “leading the team from the front.”

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum bachelors degree in Food Science or related discipline.
  • Experience in multiple food technologies.
  • Thrives within an environment that requires a high volume of output from all employees.
  • Expert knowledge of regional legislation (and global where applicable), and culturally aware.
  • Analytical, precise, pragmatic, enthusiastic, result oriented and commercial awareness
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams at multi levels within the organisation.
  • Excellent Interpersonal, communication, coaching and conflict management skills.
