Job Description
You will source / originate and execute Private Equity and Capital Markets transactions within the technology domain in India. You will also build your own supporting team of analysts, associates and VPs to assist in executing mandates and pitches to corporates and Private Equity houses.

The Successful Applicant

• You will have 10-12 years Domain experience in the field of Technology either as a senior member of a Management Consulting firm OR be an experienced technology Investment Banker in a boutique/ middle market investment bank in the United States (San Francisco) or London
• You relish working in an unstructured environment
• You are a go-getter and self-starter; someone who has a track record of building teams and businesses
• You have a thorough understanding of the Technology space
