The candidate will be responsible to lead, coach, manage & motivate a team of Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers and sales engineers to meet and exceed sales and profit objectives for business, through project and account management, and optimum utilisation of resources.
The Successful Applicant
1. More than 10 years of sales experience in the Adhesive or Chemical Industry
2. Good communication skills
3 Strong team management skills
