About Our Client

Reporting into the Technical Key Account Director, Technical Key Account Manager would be responsible:
- Manage customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach
- Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
- Create, implement and follow-up service account plans and targets in alignment with customer and Key Accounts team
- Create, implement and follow-up quality plans* and targets per account in line with customer and Key Accounts team
- Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals
- Drive growth of profitable service contracts
- Follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service events with customer and internally
- Support resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver
- Manage internal interfaces to assure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans and targets
- Be an integrated member in the KA team, driving the service business as a part of a system supplier approach
The Successful Applicant
You should be a Sri-Lankan Citizen who has the working rights in Sri-Lanka.
You should have over 10 years of relevant experience in the technical Key account management and sales. You should have worked in and managed field services team. You should come from an Engineering background (MUST)
The preferred industry of the candidates would be Automotive/Capital Goods/Automation/ Engineering/ Project Industry.
