Starflex Sealing India Pvt. Ltd., earlier known as Flexitallic India Pvt. Ltd. began production in 1998 as a joint venture subsidiary of Flexitallic. Starflex is now independently managed from Flexitallic. A world-class manufacturing and technical infrastructure support the company's wide product range. Starflex products are supplied to various places including Europe and Asia.
Our client is looking to hire a Sales & Marketing Head to drive the business.
Key responsibility:- Running the sales & marketing operations, accountable for increasing sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
Reporting to the Managing Director; the candidate is required to handle:
Growing sales in the local market by identifying and creating new business
Identifying new market segments for achieving targets and optimising the revenue.
Strategizing business growth initiatives.
Maintaining cordial business relationship with key decision makers of target organisations for consistent business development.
Training team members at regular intervals in new product launches and skill enhancing schedules
Initiating activities for entire business transactions and preparing documents for tenders & order requirements
Actively playing a role in recruiting processes for the organisation as and when required.
Representing organisation in various seminars held for improvising key decision making techniques.
Products: Gasket products and gland packing's.
The Successful Applicant
MBA is a must
Minimum 10 years of experience
Must understand the Oil & Gas Sector well
The candidate should have a complete overview of business and will be groomed to eventually act as a potential CEO
