About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest Building material company in India with a business volume exceeding $200mn. They are known for their continuous innovation in the product and always are in line with the global trends.
Reporting to the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for:
- Guide the development of the overall Sales and Marketing strategy in alignment with the business plans and objectives
- Ensure annual sales projections and target setting
- Track and take necessary steps to ensure the achievement of HUB financial targets on sales and profitability
- Finalise and implement market entry strategies for untapped geographies and clientele
- Ensure maximisation of revenue realised form current clientele and from newly developed customers.
- Develop strategies for dealer engagement & handling competition
The Successful Applicant
You should have an experience of 15-20 years in building materials and should come with a strong sales experience in the South India region. You should come with an experience in sanitary/ceramic products and should show a strong leadership experience in this segment
