About Our Client
Our client is a US-based personal care FMCG company with a global presence in more than 100 countries. Part of the S&P 500 and with over 50,000 employees globally, the company is a global leader in its line of products and they have aggressive growth plans for India. Our Client is currently looking for a Sales Automation Lead to drive implementation of DMS & SFA besides facilitating business growth of one of the most renowned brands across globe.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the key accountabilities will be:
- One point of contact for the sales team pertaining to the DMS Application & roll out.
- Help & Support Sales Team on Pre-Rollout Planning of DMS & Handheld Device.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for DMS Application Deployment in their respective areas
- Responsible for software installation & provide training to the respective stake holders based on the Distributor Site Readiness.
- Customize DMS as per business requirements and provide solutions in case of any technical problems.
- Ensure 100% adherence to the DMS system and implement Trade and discount schemes in system
- Responsible for Data Analytics and sharing weekly/monthly dashboard to the leadership team
- Setting and Reviewing Distributor KPI's to drive optimal distributor Sales Rep Performance
The Successful Applicant
The individual should have prior experience of working in high sales growth FMCG environment and must have had the experience of successfully implementing the DMS system. Good Experience on SAP ERP and good knowledge on Distributor Models in India is key to this mandate. The person should carry good knowledge on Trade & Promotions in India besides prior experience in training and mentoring the sales team. Strong experience in Project management is highly desirable.
