About Our Client

They are currently looking at embarking on an ambitious growth plan, and are currently looking to recruit for a Regional Sales Manager.
Reporting into the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for -
- Assigning targets and directives for the region and ensuring their proper implementation.
- Developing forecasting plans for different stores across the region.
- Understanding the current market situation and provide regular updates to the Sales Head.
- Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the store teams.
The Successful Applicant
You will be a post graduate with around 8-12 years of experience in core retail operations and management. Prior experience of having worked in the fashion, apparel or footwear retail industry is mandatory. The candidate should be a native of Ahmedabad or should have worked extensively in the local market. Furthermore, the client is looking for someone with a strong analytical ability and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
