About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading players within the construction chemicals space and looking to build their leadership team.
We are looking to hire a Regional Specification Manager to handle the entire western region.
To ensure that specifications written covers complete range of products along with drawings
Ensure appropriate specification and technical based selling by appropriate focus on Specification bank, and specification community
To exhibit keen sense of awareness and put sustained long term efforts to derive success in specification.
To assist the Areas sales managers in achieving the sales target set for the branch. Conduct In house presentations for Key specifiers and consultants for product up-date to the group
Manage a continuous stream of specification Initiatives across all segment and all channels, and raise appropriate technical service requirement/statement of need to the technical department in line with market and customer requirements of product amendments/new products
The Successful Applicant
The candidate must come with 10-15 years experience within the industry and should be a B.E Civil Engineer. (MBA would be an added advantage)
2 years of site execution experience along with strong Auto Cad knowledge would be preferred.
