About Our Client
A growing on-shore Business Process Outsourcing separate legal entity serving India business of multibillion dollar Swiss MNC.
The Procure to Pay Process Manager is responsible for managing the activities from purchase orders to invoice payments and for coordinating end to end process from requesting, procuring, receiving, booking, in order to:
- Comply with contractual payment terms to leverage company / Suppliers relationships,
- Improve the cash involved in operations (Days of Purchases Outstanding),
- Optimize P2P end to end service to cost.
- Add value through positive impact on P&L and balance sheets at OpCo level.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a client-service oriented function (preferably shared service setup).
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management, Business, Finance and Accounting.
- Expertise in Purchase To Pay including best practices, technologies, processes, procedures and tools
- Experience managing a client-service oriented function (preferably shared service setup) in areas like large corporate initiatives/projects, strategic thinking, relationship management, financial budgets and processes and recruiting, developing, coaching and monitoring employees
