About Our Client
Our client is one of the global leaders in FMCG industry and thus a well known brand. They are looking for a National Sales Manager, reporting to the Director Sales, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:-
- Handling sales in HoReCa at the ground level
- Handling the retail brand visibility and product display across the outlets
- Developing and managing the counterparts for increasing the sales
- Handling and implementing the consumer engagement initiatives
- Setting and communicating the individual objectives to the third party team members
- Increasing the overall sales numbers and profitability for the company
The Successful Applicant
You should be an MBA with at least 8-10 years of sales experience in FMCG. An ideal candidate should be someone who is passionate to work and grow with the organization and has exposure to multiple territories. You should have excellent communication skills and have experience in working with multi cultural teams.
