About Our Client

With objective of further accelerating their growth and increasing market share they are looking to hire a strategic HR professional to drive leadership hiring for niche areas across business verticals.
Reporting into HR Head, you would be responsible for driving leadership hiring for niche functions including product, technology, analytics and other business verticals to supporting fast paced business growth. You would connect with top talent proactively and build a strong talent pool across critical business functions to reduce time to hire working closely with business heads.
The Successful Applicant
- You would have 6 to 10 years experience in a talent acquisition or leadership hiring role working with a reputed technology or internet company.
- Very good interpersonal skills with strong track record of success.
- Strong experience in talent mapping, networking and hiring for niche skills in technology etc.
