About Our Client
Our client is a giant in Building Materials Division has its presence in Retail as well. Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing systems, improving processes and leveraging organizational change to drive revenue
- Spearheading Customer Service and Revenue generation
- Experience in fault finding and repairing of variety of products
- Working for dealer development through quality service, customer experience and consumer excellence
The Successful Applicant
You will be a B.E/ MBA with atleast 15 years of experience in customer service out of which atleast 5 years you should have spent managing independantly large after sale service operation. You will be someone who has excellent communication skills and have the ability to manage large teams. Furthermore, passion in customer service is a must.
