About Our Client
Our client is a strong player in the beauty care segment with a wide array of brands, alongside a Global presence and an ever-increasing India footprint. They are a widely respected brand and poised to challenge the Industry leaders in the space, and need a solid Head Sales & Marketing based out of Mumbai to fuel and sustain that.
In this role, reporting to the Country Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Meeting the top line and bottom line annual sales objectives, Key Account Management & Distribution Management.
- Business will need to be driven through strong management of various channels such as Top Towns, Key Accounts, Small Markets, Wholesale.
- Will be responsible for devising and implementing marketing strategies / plans for the brand. Generating consumer insights via extensive market research.
- Communication development , media planning with agencies developing "go to" market approach along with BTL activities and trade marketing coordinating with the Global teams on projects
- Monitor brand's financial performance on a regular basis and control different parameters to maintain / improve the profitability
The Successful Applicant
You will be an MBA with ~8-13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with majority years of experience in an Cosmetic/FMCG or Multi Level Marketing Industry. Exposure to Marketing will be a plus. You will have experience of driving profits along with possessing strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills. Ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team and strategize sales and revenue generation across the country is a must.
