About Our Client
Our client is a leading infrastructure service provider with pan India operations. The organisation has a massive presence in India being the market leader in the space they operate. They are currently looking for a C&B specialist with strong experience around designing and strategy.
Reporting into the Head HR, you will be responsible for:
- Designing the total rewards strategy and aligning the overall compensation strategy with the corporate strategy
- Evaluating the competitiveness within the market and introduce best practices accordingly
- Designing the executive compensation and ESOPs structure
- Responsible for budgeting, job evaluation, running the C&B cycle for all on roll and off roll employees
- Revisiting and redesigning the C&B policies to inculcate market leading practices, save on cost to the company and retain the high performers
- Will be a core business team member responsible for up gradation of different processes and should be tech savvy
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant you should have
- MBA (HR) from a premiere institute with 5 to 10 years experience
- Should be very strong conceptually in C&B and total rewards
- Should be open to work as an individual contributor
- Must have strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
