About Our Client
Our client is a new entrant in the office shared spaces segment, looking to revolutionise co-working spaces by building a complete self-sufficient community. They have over 9 centres in India currently, and have a vision to get to 50 by end of next year, with 1000+ employees across 70+ organisations using their spaces.
Their shared spaces are marked by intranet community apps, concierge services, discussions and talks by the who's who of the community, in-house entertainment and much more. They aim to create a space from where you wouldn't want to move at all.
Reporting to the Marketing Head, the Director - Partnerships would be responsible for leveraging the scale that the company enjoys to negotiate and execute significant partnerships and tie-ups across hospitality, travel, web-based services, insurance, aviation and others. With some major partnerships already in place, the client is looking to penetrate new and creative segments to build partnerships for the benefit of the employees using their shared services.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would be an MBA with 4 - 6 years of work experience in executing partnerships and alliances - big and small - across different industries. A start-up background would be an added advantage, as would the ability to drive the entire partnerships piece on your own. The client is also looking for someone who is creative, thinks out of the box and is able to communicate and present well, driving relationships with key stakeholders across multiple organisations.
