About Our Client
Leading technology products distributor and marketer.
- Handling complete business for repairs/ sourcing/refurbishing/ recycling / of used Mobility and IT products.
- Responsible for identifying and developing various vendors.
- Developing and Managing Reverse Logistics capabilities and warranty services.
- Developing and Monitoring service of Repair Operations.
- Developing and implementing in House Rework methodology/ refurbishment techniques more efficiently to reduce Inventory ageing of DOA or Swap Handsets in Warehouse.
- Managing 3rd party repair partnerships within the business and ensuring that the SLAs are met and repair quality is maintained.
- Responsible for pricing, new business opportunities, and ensuring that all financial goals are met.
- Expanding the Line of Business and responsible for P&L.
- Developing the practice of specific sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
- Building relationships with customers and partners and recommending cost effectiveness & viable solutions.
- Responsible for developing optimal solution designs which ensure efficient product flow from receipt of returns through testing, repair and ultimate product disposition, including management of customer SLAs achieved through coordination with IT and operations leadership teams to ensure seamless operations and systematic interfaces.
- Identifying value proposition and providing leadership in determining services offered to existing and prospective customers.
The Successful Applicant
- Any Graduate (preferably B. Tech) / MBA
- Suitable experience: 20 + years
- Travel required
- Well-informed on all the recent developments in Mobility
- Sales and Services (Distribution) Network
- Operations Management
- Services Management
- Knowledge of Govt. Regulations related to Factory operations, Excise duty etc
