Monitor and control the department's delivery of projects across all geographies and product lines
The Chief Advisor is responsible for developing, nurturing and retaining the department's staff focused on process development and improvement, implementation management, business consulting, and project level development and testing
Serve as a main executive sponsor for our strategic account project steering committees, quarterly business reviews and other senior customer interaction points
Department utilization and revenue targets; supporting a culture of teamwork and cooperation both within the department and across the broader company, always with a focus on the highest levels of customer satisfaction
The Successful Applicant
15+ years' progressive management responsibilities.
10+ years' experience in advisory
Demonstrated success in scaling and profitably growing a services business focused on predictable and repeatable implementations.
Demonstrated success with driving teams to meet corporate and departmental objectives.
Demonstrated success as an experienced manager with ability to hire, mentor, coach and develop a geographically dispersed advisory team.
Ability to be a trusted adviser to C and VP level executives.
Excellent customer relationship management, customer interaction, presentation, written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to different audiences and communicate in a concise, professional manner.
