About Our Client
Our client is a leading mobile wallet and online payment company in India. They are India's leading and most valuable fin-tech companies in India.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Managing relationship with the top E-Commerce brands and cracking high revenue accounts.
- Will be working as a Sales Head for E-Commerce Vertical.
- Cracking and managing large national accounts by implementing right strategy.
- Motivating and monitoring the complete team and helping them to achieve the overall goal.
- Responsible for identifying new opportunities of partnership and alliances with various Key Merchants (e-commerce)
- Working on strategies for retention's and referrals to increase company revenue.
- Merchant Acceptance - Take our client live on the top e-commerce merchants in India
- User Acquisition - Work with merchants, strategic partners to acquire users at minimal cost and highest efficiency
- Product Development - Work with Product and Technology teams to continuously enhance overall product offering (both for merchants and for users)
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in handling e-commerce merchant relationships
- At least 9-12 years of relevant experience
- Should have proficient knowledge of the payments industry
- Have thorough knowledge of the wallets and fin-tech space
- Has experience in merchant acquisition, sales and relationship management
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Self-Motivated and Ability to handle ambiguity
- An MBA from Tier I Institutes
