About Our Client
The client is a European MNC which is a market leader in Construction equipment and machinery, having a truly global footprint and catering to multiple industries.
- Key Account management as a Single point Contact for direct selling & Support to Corporates
- Evaluate their specific needs and providing a total solution
- Identification of opportunities for development of new services/products
- Consistently meet or exceeded all goals for monthly, special events & annual sales.
- Market all the plans launched from time to time very effectively
- Regularly organize open sessions /Road shows, events & seminars to interact directly with Key personnel at various places in the defined region
- Delivering Services & account management of corporate customers & Key account holders
- Organize Product Trials / Demonstrations
- Convert the Conquest Customers to JCB's fold
- Develop the Dealerships to take the Customer relationships to the next level
The Successful Applicant
The incumbent should be around 35 - 45 years of age, self- starter, team leader, and go - getter with high energy level. He should have experience in handling large organized sector accounts in both private and Govt Sector. He should also be in a position to lead a team of employees at various Area / Dealerships levels.
